Our three storey houses are all to Houses of Multiple Occupation standard and the two storey houses are all University of Essex Accredited.
We live in close proximity to the houses which means that any problems regarding maintenance are dealt with promptly.

I have lived in 14 Affleck road for my 2nd and 3rd year with 3 other people and have found the house very nice to live in. There are many positives aspects of the house, firstly, the distance to the university campus and Tesco is good as they are both within walking distance. Secondly, the rooms are spacious and the house in general is clean. Finally, the house is very affordable and the landlords are responsive to any queries that you may have.

Perfect house for students. Been living in 14 Affleck Road this year with 3 other students and was very surprised to how modern the house looked inside considering only paying half of what I was paying compared to living on campus at university. The landlords e.g. Sally is very helpful and quick to any maintenance/repairs responses that I have within this year. Also caring for the 4 of us who live here by installing an outside camera for increasing security within the area. I would highly recommend this house for students who want to live off campus as its well looked after and close to Tesco/One Stop and only 15 minutes walking distance to university.
