We live in close proximity to the houses which means that any problems regarding maintenance are dealt with promptly.

I stayed in 9 Bennett Court. It is a lovely house which doesn't feel like a student accommodation. It is warmly designed and has decorations that make you feel at home. You will be well taken care of, if you have any problems they will be solved quickly and efficiently!

Really lovely accommodation very close to the University and the landlords are speedy with any repairs or enquiries we have at the house. We’ve lived here for 2 years and have never had any problems.
